Mandatory declaration

Research Use Declaration.

All Lumera Labs products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. By placing an order you certify the following declaration without exception.

Buyer certification

I, the purchaser, certify and warrant that:

  1. I am acquiring the products solely for in vitro laboratory research, not for human or animal consumption, administration, application, or therapeutic, diagnostic, or prophylactic use.
  2. I am at least 19 years of age and am legally able to receive research chemicals in my jurisdiction.
  3. I will not administer or recommend administration of the products to any person or animal.
  4. I will not resell, redistribute, gift, or repackage the products for human use, or for compounding into unapproved drugs.
  5. I will store, handle, and dispose of the products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety regulations and standard biosafety practices.
  6. I am qualified, by training or by supervision under a qualified researcher, to handle research chemicals safely.
  7. I understand the products have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory body for safety, efficacy, identity, purity, or quality for human use.
  8. I understand certain peptides offered (including but not limited to BPC-157, CJC-1295, and Melanotan II) have been listed by the FDA as not eligible for compounding under Section 503A or 503B due to safety concerns; this designation does not authorize human use through any channel.
  9. I assume full and exclusive responsibility for any consequences arising from receipt, possession, or use of the products.
  10. I will not hold Lumera Labs Inc. liable for any harm resulting from misuse, including any administration to humans or animals.

Misrepresentation invalidates the sale. Orders placed by buyers who falsely claim research use, or who subsequently administer products to humans or animals, are deemed obtained by fraud. Lumera Labs Inc. reserves the right to refuse future orders, report misrepresentation to applicable regulatory authorities, and take legal action.
